From December 13 to 17, 2017, KLT CARBIDE CO.,LTD completed the first audit of NADCAP high-speed flame spraying coating process.

The company successfully obtained NADCAP certification on March 5, 2018.

The review examined the Surface Engineering Center, Machining Branch, Validation and Physical and Chemical Laboratory of Quality Department and enterprise management departments of the company. A comprehensive examination was carried out, including the surface cleaning, sandblasting, spraying, EDM sampling of samples and workpieces, as well as the grinding of workpiece coatings, the inspection of size and surface finish, the inspection of coating bending and stretching, metallographic and hardness properties.

Finally, Mr. William objectively evaluated the high-speed flame spraying process of the company. In his opinion, the workshop layout of the company is reasonable, the management is standard, and the staff with strong professional knowledge make skilled operation.
